At some point in our lives, we turn to ritual: a sequence of intentional actions that make us feel safe and protected. Rituals comfort. They demonstrate that we belong to something greater than ourselves.

For this second volume of The Spring Crab, we are thrilled to share 17 works, curated by Linda Malnack and Gabriela Denise Frank,  exploring what ritual means, how it is embodied, and how it is extended through daily life and through generations.
